As with all Calaisio products, this high-end serving bowl with a removable porcelain bowl insert is designed for both elegance and durability, and is suitable for casual or fine dining and entertaining.
The removeable porcelain bowl holds 2.5 Quarts. It is ideal for serving a multitude of hot and cold items from salads, to chips, to vegetables. It is microwavable but is not designed for use in the oven.
All Calaisio products are heat resistant.

About Calaisio Products
These high-end products are handwoven and handmade by artisans who work and live in the South Pacific. All Calaisio products are woven from a unique water vine (vignes d'eau), which only grow in the mountain jungles on remote islands in the South Pacific. The water-vine takes 1-7 days to hand-weave into a finished design yielding a substantially durable, heat-resistant and elegant product.
